Pursuant to the provisions of Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPD-GDD), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), the Donostia International Physics Center Foundation hereby informs you that your personal data will be processed with the aim of managing your subscription request and enabling us to periodically send you a copy of our Newsletter.

We also inform you that you may exercise your Access, Rectifcation, Cancellation and Objection (ARCO) rights in relation to your personal data by sending a message to the following email address: data-protection@dipc.org, or a letter by conventional mail to: Paseo Manuel de Lardizábal 4, 20018 Donostia-San Sebastián, pursuant to the terms established in the LOPD. Moreover, you also have the following rights: Erasure (or the right to be forgotten), Data Portability and Restriction of Processing.

Furthermore, we inform you that you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you consider that a breach of data protection legislation has been committed with respect to the processing of your personal data.
